Mapped a loan origination process and surfaced a 282-hour bottleneck nobody had noticed — via process mining on real event logs.

Quantum-inspired scheduling for warehouse dock allocation, achieving O(N¹·⁸⁴) scaling on a classically hard assignment problem.
